There is many characteristic fro the person.It looks from the challenge and how to solve the problem.We can easily find this character around us. In working society maybe.I have a description we are in the winner side or looser side.
1. When the winner doing some mistake he said "I am wrong"
When the looser doing some mistake he said "this is my fault"
2. The winner said "I am good, but I'll do it better"
The looser said "I am not bad like another person"
3. The winner always learn from expert
The looser always throw the people
4. The winner said "I'll do it for you"
The looser said "this is not my job"
5. The winner said "this is difficult but possible to do"
The looser said "this is possible but difficult to do"

The looser always looking for the reason

The looser promised only
8. The winner is a part of the answer
The looser is a part of the trouble
