Read this book this summer and wanted to share it with you all.

So it was unexpectedly good; the book is a series of correspondence between Rosie, her family and her long time friend Alex.

It traces their lives from where Rosie and Alex are young children through to well into their adult lives, and is based primarily in Ireland.

I read this camping this year, and where it was a fairly easy read it was hard to put down. Anyway, I helped me have a really pleasant time while my husband was off fishing. I wanted to know if Alex and Rosie finally got together, and I am not going to tell you what happens.

It was quite funny in places, all the odd things they got up to. I was surprised how well the book came over given that the story is 99% told through the letters. It gave the characters a real personal feel.

Since then I have read a number of Cecelia’s books and I am glad I tripped over this author. Yes, they are a little chick lit but there also have further components and levels, which many chick lit authors don't have in their books.

Note. The book is called "Where Rainbows End", a different edition is Called Rosie Dunne, they are exactly the same book.

Bottom line: very worth reading if your into this kind of thing.
